Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend sending your return via a tracked postal service and retaining the proof of postage in case of any issues. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
To start a return, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at supersweetparty@gmail.com to request a return. When sending the email please add the following to the subject line 'ref - Return Request and your order number'

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event of a claim for damage or missing items, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Customers must include photos of both the product and packaging. You will also be required to retain the original packaging and outer packing in case the courier company request to inspect it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
